3-18-10: LICENSE FEE:

The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Such fee is based on the cost of processing the application, investigation of the applicant, and publishing the public hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Commission.
