A. Required For On Premises Business: It shall be unlawful for any person owning a business establishment engaged in selling beer, wine or any type of alcoholic beverage for on premises consumption within the City limits to fail to have a telephone, in working order, located on the premises of such business establishment.
B. Violation: Any person or corporation engaging in the sale of beer, wine or any type of alcoholic beverage for on premises consumption within the City limits without having a telephone in working order on the premises of such business establishment shall be guilty of a violation under this section. C. Penalties: Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall have their on premises alcoholic beverage retailer's license suspended until such time as the provisions of this section are complied with and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
