A. Relation To State Fees: In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, section 1.01 et seq., the City shall, from and after the effective date hereof, charge to all holders of permits under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code who do business within the City limits a fee of an amount equal to one- half (1/2) the fee charged by the State for such permits.
B. Payment Of Fees: Such fees shall be payable on an annual basis to the City Secretary at City Hall, thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the license. (Ord. 01-02-19, 2-19-2019)
