The rates of charge as fixed under § 51.089(A) through (C) or § 51.090 apply only to sewer users within the corporate limits of the town. Charges to users outside the corporation limits of the town will be billed at the same rates and charges as users within the corporation limits. All other provisions of this chapter apply equally both within and outside of the town.
