§ 51.090 RESIDENTIAL SEWER USERS WHO ARE NOT USERS OF MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY; FLAT MONTHLY SEWAGE RATE APPLICABLE.
   In cases of residential sewage service where the customer is not a user of the municipal water supply, a flat rate charge for sewage service of $63.80 per month shall be made.
