§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of §§ 52.01 through 52.19, or interfering with the lawful execution of these sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 10.98.
