§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) It shall be a misdemeanor to deposit garbage, rubbish, refuse or other unauthorized material in a dumpster or other garbage receptacle in violation of § 50.01 of this chapter.
