§ 50.01 UNAUTHORIZED DUMPSTERS AND OTHER REFUSE CONTAINERS.
   (A)   Use of city refuse containers. Only those persons using the city park, ballfields or other city-owned facilities for personal use shall deposit garbage, rubbish or refuse in a city-owned or leased dumpster or other garbage receptacle. The garbage, rubbish or refuse deposited in a city-owned or leased dumpster or other garbage receptacle must be generated while that person is using the city-owned facilities.
   (B)   Use of private refuse containers. No person shall deposit garbage, rubbish, refuse or other unauthorized materials in a commercial or private dumpster or other garbage receptacle, except the owner or authorized agent of the premises using the dumpster or garbage receptacle.
   (C)   Posting of prohibition of use. The owner of the premises using the dumpster or other garbage receptacle shall post in a conspicuous manner the prohibition as provided in this section. Failure to do so shall bar prosecution under this section.
