§ 151.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.09 of this chapter is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 10.98 of this code, plus the cost of prosecution in any case.
