(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.07 of this chapter shall be considered a petty misdemeanor for each day that §§ 90.01 through 90.07 of this chapter are being violated.
(C) Any person violating any provisions of §§ 90.20 through 90.24 of this chapter is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine, plus the cost of prosecution in any case.
