(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 150.01 through 150.04 of this chapter shall be liable for a fine in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time and shall, additionally, be liable to the town for any damage to town property arising out of the violation.
