(A) When such cut or tap is made, the excavation necessary to be made to accomplish such purpose shall not be filled until the cut, tap or connection shall be inspected by the Street Commissioner. Any connection made at such cut or tap shall be made in such a manner as to prevent future damage by washing or leaking of ground water and shall be made to the satisfaction of the Street Commissioner, all at the expense of the applicant.
(B) All work shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Street Commissioner upon completion.
