17.22.030 Administrative Development Plan Approval.
   The following development of properties within the Adelanto Airport District may be administratively approved, subject to Section 17.22.100 and Chapter 17.100, and staff review and approval as specified below:
   (a)   A single-family residential structure, with or without a second unit as addressed in Section 17.20.080 Second Units, on a lot that complies with all the requirements of this Zoning Code, including but not limited to the Minimum Design Standards contained in Section 17.22.050.
   (b)   A hangar limited to personal (non-commercial) use as an accessory to a primary residential use, that is up to 10,000 square feet, and that complies with all requirements of this Zoning Code, including but not limited to the Minimum Design Standards contained in Section 17.22.050.
   (c)   A single-family residence within an aircraft hangar for the storage of personal (non-commercial) aircraft, which is limited to personal (noncommercial) use and that complies with all the requirements of this Zoning Code, including but not limited to the Minimum Design Standards contained in Section 17.22.050. The floor area of the aircraft hangar shall be less than 10,000 square feet, not including the residential dwelling unit area.
   (d)   An aircraft hangar up to 10,000 square feet for the storage of personal (noncommercial) aircraft, that complies with all the requirements of this Zoning Code, including but not limited to the Minimum Design Standards contained in Section 17.22.050 and the Parking Standards contained in Section 17.22.080. Hangars without permanent residences shall include a permanent restroom.
   (e)   An accessory structure up to 2,500 square feet, or a combination of accessory structures with a combined total floor area not to exceed 2,500 square feet, that is/are accessory to a primary single-family residential use, not including an attached or detached aircraft hangar limited to personal (non-commercial) use as described in part (b) above.
   All other new structures shall be subject to review and approval of a Location and Development Plan, as described in Chapter 17.150.
