(a) Parking standards for non-residential uses within the Airport Park District shall comply with Chapter 17.65 of this Zoning Code.
(b) For residential units within the Airport Park District, with or without an attached or detached hanger for the storage of personal (non-commercial) aircraft as described in Section 17.22.030(b), a minimum two (2) car garage or carport shall be provided per residential unit.
(c) For aircraft hangars for non-commercial aircraft, a minimum of one parking space shall be provided per 2,500 square feet of floor space.
Location of parking and loading facilities within the Airport Park District shall comply with Chapter 17.65 of this Zoning Code.
