(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate §§ 90.01 through 90.10 shall be fined an amount of not less than $50 for a first offense; $100 for a second offense; and an amount not to exceed $500 per offense thereafter within the discretion of the court. The fine shall be in addition to any court costs and filing fees incurred to enforce or adjudicate violations of §§ 90.01 through 90.10.
