§ 90.01 PURPOSE.
   The purposes of this subchapter are to prohibit the unattended or unsupervised roaming or running at large of animals owned or harbored by businesses and/or individuals who reside within the county, and to govern the impoundment, care, abandonment, and/or destruction of such animals captured and delivered to the County Animal Shelter.
