7-4-4: CLOSING HOURS:

No person shall enter, attempt to enter, or be in either city cemetery between sundown and sunup of the following day. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (2006 Code § 8-2-5; amd. 2016 Code)
