It is unlawful for the owner of any animal to:
(A) Fail to have the license tag issued by the city firmly attached to a collar worn at all times by the licensed animal;
(B) Own a dangerous animal;
(C) Interfere with any peace officer or other city employee in the performance of his or her duty to enforce this subchapter;
(D) Fail to keep his or her dog from barking, howling, or whining;
(E) Fail to keep his or her cat from emitting loud or unusual noise; or
(F) Suffer or permit an animal to defecate upon public property or the private property of another, without immediately removing the excrement and disposing of it in a sanitary manner.
