(A) Adoption. The 2007 edition of the State Uniform Fire Code is hereby adopted as though set forth verbatim herein. One copy of the Code shall be marked “City of Aurora–Official Copy” and kept on file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer and open to inspection and use by the public.
(B) Storage of flammable and explosives material. No bulk plants for storage of flammable or combustible liquids, or bulk storage of liquified petroleum gas, not established on the effective date of this section, shall be permitted. No storage of explosives or blasting agents shall be permitted.
