§ 92.11 SEIZURE BY A CITIZEN.
   It is lawful for any person to seize and impound an animal found running at large, and shall, within six hours thereafter, notify the Animal Control Officer of the seizure. It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer to place the animal in the animal shelter. If the name of the owner of the animal so seized is known to the person who first takes the animal into custody, he or she shall inform the Animal Control Officer of the name of the owner and the address, if known.
