(A) At the time of filing a petition for primary plat approval for consideration by the Plan Commission, the petitioner shall submit a detailed written statement of all waivers of this chapter sought which shall fully state the grounds for the request and file proposed detailed written findings of fact in support of such waiver request. Only those standards and specifications specifically described in the request may be waived by the Plan Commission.
(B) Any waivers requested as a part of the filing of a petition for primary plat approval shall be listed in the legal notice of public hearing.
