§ 99.24 LOUD ANIMALS.
   No person shall keep a loud animal on any premises within the Urban District of the Town of Zionsville or a property immediately adjacent to/abutting the Urban District of the Town of Zionsville which the Department finds disturbs, without provocation by any person, by frequent and sustained barking, howling, crowing, yelping or other sound, one or more persons domiciled in the immediate vicinity of the premises, after having been notified personally or by mail by the Department or the animal control authority that the animal had been reported to disturb such person or persons by such barking, howling, crowing, yelping or other sound.
