§ 94.03 OPEN BURNING OF CERTAIN MATERIALS IN THE TOWN PROHIBITED.

   Open burning of the following materials in the town is prohibited:

   (A)   Garbage or refuse, as defined in §§ 95.01 through 95.07 of this code of ordinances;

   (B)   Grass or leaves;

   (C)   Petroleum and petroleum products other than clean petroleum products, including, but not limited to, waste oil; and

   (D)   Asbestos and asbestos containing material.
