§ 95.07 ABATEMENT; COLLECTION OF COSTS.
   (A)   Any mass or accumulation of garbage, refuse and natural debris other than natural debris deposited by the wind and natural forces, on any property within the corporate limits of the town in violation of this subchapter, is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   The owner or occupant of the property upon which such nuisance is found shall be ordered by the Town Manager to abate the same, not later than a date to be stated in a written notice ordering such abatement, and in no case less than ten days from the date of said notice.
   (C)   Upon the failure of the owner or occupant to abate such nuisance, the Town Manager may enter, or authorize entrance by a person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of sanitation collection and disposal, to enter upon such premises and abate the same, the cost of which shall be assessed against the owner of such property and, if not paid within 30 days after notification thereof, the town may impose a lien upon such property for the expense and shall place the same upon the tax duplicate in the office of the County Clerk-Treasurer for collection as provided by law.
