(A) Signs or markings indicating angle parking. The Council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign such streets, but such angle parking shall not be indicated upon any state highway within the town unless the State Highway Commission has determined that angle parking shall be permitted.
(B) Obedience to angle parking signs or markings. On those streets which have been signed or marked by the Council for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway, indicated by such signs or markings.
