§ 51.120 PERMITTING.
   (A)   Building permit.
      (1)   No permit for a Class 1 structure shall be issued for construction, addition, alteration, demolition of any structure or work being done on a fire alarm or sprinkler system located within the jurisdiction limits of the Town Fire Department without prior plan review and approval of the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee(s).
      (2)   No permit for Class 1 or Class 2 combustible construction shall be issued prior to the required and/or approved water source and the required Fire Department access roads being in-service and verified by the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee.
   (B)   Occupancy permit.
      (1)   Prior to the occupancy of any newly constructed structure and/or tenant area, an inspection and approval must be given by the Town Building Inspector and the Fire Chief, or the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee.
      (2)   After the final inspection occurs, a certificate of occupancy shall be signed by the Town Building Official and the Fire Marshal.
      (3)   This will then allow the occupant to start moving into that building.
      (4)   Occupancy prior to the final inspection of the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee(s)and the issuance of certificate of occupancy shall result in a fee as set forth in this chapter.
