§ 51.085 TURNING RADIUS.

(A) The turning radius of a Fire Department access road shall be determined after consultation of the Town Fire Department and shall be at least equal to the minimum required radius for fire apparatus.

(B) Such roads shall be designed and constructed to permit turning of the longest piece of fire apparatus available to the servicing Fire Department.
