(A) Each permit granted under the provisions of this subchapter shall be valid for one year as long as the installed system remains as designed. If the system is modified, the new design must be re-approved by the Fire Marshal or his or her designee, and new items submitted as required by this subchapter.
(B) A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall at all times be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises as designated in the permit and shall at all times be subject to inspection by the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee(s).
