§ 51.049 APPEALS PROCESS.

When the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee(s) denies to grant a permit required by this subchapter, or when it is claimed that provisions of this subchapter or sections of this chapter do not apply, the person may appeal from the decision according to § 51.123 of this chapter.
