§ 51.048 ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
   (A)   An acceptance test according to NFPA standards of the system shall be conducted prior to occupancy of the building or use of the protected area by the Fire Chief, the Fire Marshal and/or his or her designee(s). All systems must completely pass to obtain occupancy of the building or protected area.
   (B)   If during the initial acceptance test, deficiencies are discovered that require the system be tested at a later date to ensure code compliance, a re-inspection fee as determined by the Town Council shall be paid prior to each re-inspection.
   (C)   The installer shall contact the Fire Prevention Division at least 48 hours prior to schedule an acceptance test.
   (D)   Once acceptance tests are satisfactorily completed, a certificate of completion shall be given to the Town Fire Department.
