   (C)   If available, in addition to paper form, plans shall be submitted in digital format compatible with current Fire Department software in order to assist the Department in the pre-fire planning of that structure. These shall include site and construction plans submitted in Auto CAD format.
   (D)   Fire Department plan review shall occur at the following phases: site plan, construction plan and fire protection systems plan. This review shall run concurrent to the town plan review and any issues or corrections that need to be made to the plans shall be completed by the developer prior to the approval of the Town Planning and Building Department and the Town Fire Department.
