§ 51.006 LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE.
   Whenever requested to do so by the Fire Chief or Fire Marshal, the Chief of Police shall assign such available police officers as, in his or her discretion, may be necessary, to assist the Fire Department in enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
