Accessible parking spaces for the disabled are required for all forms of development except single-family detached dwellings, and shall meet the following criteria:
A. Configuration. Handicapped parking spaces shall be in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the North Carolina Building Code.
B. Number Provided. Accessible (handicapped) parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the North Carolina Building Code requirements.
