(A) Violations of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor as provided under G.S. §§ 160A-175 and 14-4. Each day’s continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense as provided by G.S. § 160A-175(g).
(B) The municipality may also secure injunctive and other appropriate equitable remedies to ensure compliance with this chapter, as provided by G.S. § 160A-175.
(C) Enforcement actions may be initiated by the Wake County Public Safety Officer, the Wake County Emergency Management Director, or Chief or his or her designee of the Town Fire Department.
