(A) The cost levied by the town for a cemetery plot shall be set annually in the Fee Schedule that is adopted as a part of the budget.
(B) The following regulations shall govern the purchase of plots.
(1) Cemetery plots shall generally be purchased at the town Hall during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
(2) An administrative fee of $75 shall be applied to all sales conducted outside of this schedule.
