§ 92.18  EXHUMATIONS.
   No grave, vault or tomb within a cemetery shall be disturbed, nor shall any body be exhumed from any grave, vault or tomb, without a permit from the County Health Department, and the written consent of the lot owner or closest living relative of the deceased.
