UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
§ 92.08  REMOVAL OF FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS.
   (A)   All floral arrangements, living or artificial, shall be removed when they become wilted, impaired or unsightly.
   (B)   If arrangements and their containers which have outlived their purpose are not removed by the owners, they shall be removed by an authorized employee of the town.
