(A) No person other than an authorized employee of the town shall plant or maintain, or cause to be planted or maintained, any tree, shrub, ground cover or other vegetation within a cemetery.
(B) Within any cemetery under its regulatory authority, the town reserves the right to trim, prune, apply herbicides to, or remove any tree, shrub or other vegetation which is detrimental or damaging by reason of roots, branches or otherwise to existing grave spaces, prohibitive to normal procedures for maintenance, or which is aesthetically disruptive.
