§ 91.51 NOTICE TO OWNER.
   (A)   Immediately upon impounding an animal, the Animal Control Program shall make reasonable effort to notify the owner and inform the owner of the conditions whereby the animal may be redeemed.
   (B)   If the owner is unknown or cannot be located, notice of the impoundment shall be posted for five days, or until the animal is disposed of, on a bulletin board at the animal shelter, and the time and place of the taking of the animal, together with the time and date of posting the notice shall be stated herein.
