§ 91.35 DESTRUCTION OR CONFINEMENT OF ANIMAL BITTEN BY RABID ANIMAL.

Unvaccinated animals bitten by a known rabid animal shall be immediately destroyed. If the animal has a current rabies inoculation, it shall be revaccinated and return to the owner.
