(A) When signs are erected adjacent to parking spaces in each block by the Police Department giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the posted limits or the limitations set by this schedule at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas on the following streets of the town.

Two-hour parking | Along both sides of Arendell Avenue from the intersection of Arendell Avenue and the Norfolk-Southern railway northwardly to the intersection of Arendell Avenue and Gannon Avenue. Also on both sides of Sycamore Street Horton Street and Vance Street for a distance of 200 feet from the intersection of the streets with Arendell Avenue except as set forth in the row above |
(B) Provided, that this schedule shall not authorize parking beside fire hydrants, in front of alleys, driveways or theaters, or in other spaces not otherwise authorized by the ordinances of the town.
(C) No person shall park his or her vehicle between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on either side of Gill Street from a point located 150 feet north of the intersection of the northern right-of-way line of Stronach Avenue and the centerline of Gill Street northward to its terminus.
(D) Parking upon the south side of East Vance Street between 95 feet and 105 feet east of the intersection of Vance Street and North Arendell Avenue shall not be restricted to motorcycle parking.
