§ 113.01 ALCOHOL SALES ON SUNDAY.

Any establishment located in the corporate limits of the Town of Zebulon and holding an ABC permit issued pursuant to G.S. § 18B-1001 by the State of North Carolina, is permitted to sell alcoholic beverages allowed by its permit beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
