(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 539.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished according to the parameters set forth under a first degree misdemeanor. The City Law Director is authorized to pursue any civil remedy that is appropriate.
(b) Other Legal Action. Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent any person from exercising any right or seeking any remedy to which he might otherwise be entitled or from filing any complaint with any other agency or Court of Law of equity.
