The Clerk is hereby directed to mail a copy of the agenda of any regular or special meeting at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed to any person who has requested such notice, has paid an annual handling fee of five dollars ($5.00) and has supplied the Clerk with stamped, self-addressed envelopes.
