The Clerk is hereby directed to maintain in her office, on file for public inspection, a list of times, places, and purposes of all special meetings of Council and of all of the various boards, commissions, committees and similar decision making bodies of the City. The Clerk is hereby directed to notify the news media that have requested notification of the times, places and purposes of all special meetings.
