351.13 MAXIMUM 72 CONSECUTIVE HOUR STREET PARKING.
   (a)   No person shall park any motor vehicle, truck or other vehicle upon the streets of the City, for more than seventy-two consecutive hours. However, nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to limit or abrogate the ordinances or traffic orders establishing prohibited or limited parking zones, all of which shall be deemed to be in addition to the prohibitions embodied herein.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
