351.06 PARKING IN FIRE LANES.
   (a)   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle or other obstacle to stand or remain in the driveway beside or in such close proximity to any apartment house in the City as to obstruct the free passage of the City's Fire Department apparatus along such driveway.
   (b)   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to stop, stand or park at any time in any public or private driveway, alleyway, lane or other areaway, within ten feet of any building occupied by or designed to be occupied by more than two families, except for such time as is actually necessary for the loading or unloading of passengers or merchandise.
   (c)   No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to stop, stand or park at any time in a fire lane in any public or private parking lot, driveway, alleyway, lane or other areaway, designated as a fire lane, as to obstruct the free passage of the City's Fire Department apparatus along such designated areas.    (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
