(a) Registrations shall be valid from January 1to December 31 of each year and shall be deemed late after January 31 and revoked if not renewed each year by March 1.
(b) Registrations may be revoked for repeatedly working without proper permits.
(c) Registrations may be revoked by the Review Board based on repeated, documented, or validated complaints.
(d) Registrations may be denied or revoked by the Review Board for filing false information on applications and associated documents.
