Any disputed findings under this Chapter may be appealed to a Review Board for final determination. The Review Board shall be established by the Safety Director on a case-by-case basis depending on the facts of each particular case. The Review Board shall have three people, and at least one member of this Board shall be a member of the public not under the employment of the City of Zanesville. A majority vote of this Board shall be determinative of the issue(s) presented for appeal.
