No person shall hereafter follow, engage in or work at the trade or occupation of electrician in any of the five classes of licenses or certificates hereafter set forth until that person has first obtained a license therefore in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter 1311 and regulations as promulgated by the proper City Official.
